We’re looking for a dynamic Biotech Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including researchers, clinicians, and biotech companies.Sales Strategy Execution:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets in assigned territories.Product Promotion:
Present and demonstrate the value of our biotech products, services, and solutions to potential and current clients.Market Knowledge:
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in biotechnology to effectively position our offerings.Lead Generation and Conversion:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.Account Management:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and technical support, to meet client needs and drive sales success.Reporting and Forecasting:
Track sales activities, generate reports, and provide accurate forecasts to management.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).Experience:
2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the biotech or life sciences industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Skills:
Strong understanding of biotech products and services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
