We’re looking for a dynamic Biotech Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including researchers, clinicians, and biotech companies.

  • Sales Strategy Execution:
    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets in assigned territories.

  • Product Promotion:
    Present and demonstrate the value of our biotech products, services, and solutions to potential and current clients.

  • Market Knowledge:
    Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in biotechnology to effectively position our offerings.

  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.

  • Account Management:
    Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and technical support, to meet client needs and drive sales success.

  • Reporting and Forecasting:
    Track sales activities, generate reports, and provide accurate forecasts to management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

  • Experience:

    • 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the biotech or life sciences industry.

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Key Skills:

    • Strong understanding of biotech products and services.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clients.

    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Other Requirements:

    • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
