Position Summary:
Magic Talent Solutions is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to develop and maintain partnerships with client organizations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling our recruitment and talent consulting services to companies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring our solutions meet their unique hiring and workforce needs. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering value to organizations through exceptional service. This is a contract-to-hire position. During the contract period, compensation will be based solely on commissions earned. Upon transitioning to a full-time role, you will receive a salary along with benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Development: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients across industries, introducing Magic Talent Solutions' services and capabilities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, presenting tailored solutions that address client-specific challenges.
Consultative Selling: Understand client business goals, recruitment needs, and challenges to propose appropriate services such as direct hiring, talent consulting, or executive search.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand service offerings with existing clients, driving additional value and strengthening partnerships.
Market Insight: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, hiring challenges, and workforce dynamics to position Magic Talent Solutions as a trusted advisor.
Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and consulting teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and excellent client satisfaction.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline activities, and sales metrics in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development. Previous experience in the recruitment, HR, or professional services industry is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients at all organizational levels.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and work independently.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Experience in talent acquisition or human resources is a plus.
